Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw an account balance that includes uncleared bonus wagering may result in the withdrawal being declined or the bonus being removed from the balance.

You may also choose to close your own v888 account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine deposit balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to your registered payment method after verification checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.
